We would like to announce an important organizational change which we had to make.
There is a new conference date. LibertyBits 2019 is re-scheduled for Tuesday, 25th June 2019.
Already purchased tickets are automatically rebooked and valid without further action. For those who regretfully are not able to attend on the new date, tickets purchased prior to April 15th, 2019 can be returned and reimbursed in full.
The new date is a reaction to the numerous requests about a possible change of the event date which we received and in line with our wish to welcome all of you who wanted to join us but were planning vacations and trips in the period 26th April – 6th May in observance of the Easter, Labour Day and St. George’s Day holidays.
The initial date was a tough choice anyway and the result of a compromise in our efforts to fit into the busy Spring event schedule in Sofia while trying to stay close to the date of the pilot edition in 2018.
Thanks to our hosts from Sofia Tech Park, we managed to re-schedule keeping the same event venue.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this change may cause to those who have saved the old date and hope they can still consider the new one.
If you have already purchased your ticket and are not able to attend on 25.06.2019, please contact us to receive your money back.
